Southern Reel Outfitters is proud to say they are founded on the lakes and rivers of Arkansas, with seasoned fishermen who know their way around the very best gear. They’re the best in the area, but they needed a digital marketing team to help increase their reach.

With Black Friday and Christmas promotions approaching for 2024, our team focused heavily on promoting sales and pushing traffic as activity ramped up for the season. By creating urgency through pre-approved graphic templates and specific copy, we drove a total average ROAS of 23.71x—a 1.68x increase compared to the previous month. The Black Friday campaign by itself produced a ROAS of 17.52x. Then, in early December, we switched seasonal focus to Hunting and saw a rise in ROAS of 22.59x, and during promotions for Christmas, we produced a general campaign that saw a ROAS of 32x. With less ad spend in November and December, we drove a total revenue increase of 397% compared to the previous two months.
