When taking on the project, FYZICAL did not have a mechanism in place to reach new clients. Because there is no referral needed to receive care at FYZICAL, generating new clients was at a standstill.
Our solution was to produce videos to explain the brand and also offer testimonials. Both videos were linked to a lead form on Facebook, which then were automatically emailed to the client. In just one month, the physical therapy center received a significant number of user-completed lead forms from potential clients.
